Whether you're chasing a new PB or simply want to run stronger and more consistently, Perform RUNLAB gives you the physical foundation to support your running.

PERFORM FOUNDATIONS

Perform Foundations is our introductory Strength & Conditioning class designed for anyone new to structured gym training.

This class focuses on teaching the fundamental movement patterns that underpin effective strength training — including squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and core stability. You’ll learn proper technique, build baseline strength, and develop confidence using barbells, dumbbells, and other training tools in a supportive coaching environment.

Sessions are progressive and coach-led, helping you build a strong foundation for long-term training, whether your goal is general fitness, improved performance, or moving on to more advanced strength work.

Best for: beginners, those new to Strength & Conditioning, or anyone looking to build solid training foundations.

PERFORM S&C

Our flagship Strength & Conditioning class for experienced lifters looking to train with purpose and intensity.

Perform S&C is built around structured strength training, combining compound lifts, accessory work, and athletic conditioning to build total-body strength, power, and resilience. Sessions are coach-led and programmed to progressively challenge you while reinforcing strong technique and efficient movement.

Designed for those with a solid training foundation, this class is ideal for members who want to continue developing strength, improve athletic capacity, and train in a focused, performance-driven environment.

Best for: members with prior strength training experience who want structured, high-quality S&C programming.

PERFORM GAA

A Strength & Conditioning class designed specifically for Gaelic games athletes.

Perform GAA focuses on developing the key physical qualities required for hurling, camogie, & football: strength, power, speed, and resilience. Sessions combine compound strength training, explosive power work, and athletic conditioning to help players improve on-field performance and handle the physical demands of the game.

Training also emphasises injury prevention, targeting the hips, hamstrings, groin, and core to support sprinting, cutting, jumping, and repeated high-intensity efforts.

Best for: hurlers and footballers looking to improve strength, power, and durability for match performance.

STRONG FOR LIFE

Strong For Life is a Strength & Conditioning class designed to help older adults stay strong, active, and independent.

Sessions focus on building strength, improving balance, and maintaining mobility through safe, coach-led resistance training. Exercises are adapted to suit all ability levels and support everyday movements such as walking, lifting, and getting up and down with confidence.

The goal is simple: help you maintain strength, stability, and independence so you can continue doing the things you enjoy.

Best for: older adults who want to stay strong, mobile, and active in a supportive training environment.

PERFORM PRIME

PRIME is a primer Strength & Conditioning session designed to optimise GAA players’ performance for the following day.

This session uses targeted mobility, activation, and low-impact power work to prime the body for match performance, improve movement efficiency, and reduce injury risk. It’s designed to prime key muscles, reinforce mechanics, and ensure athletes are ready to perform at their best in their next session or game.

Best for: GAA athletes on GD-1/2 who want to enhance next-day performance and train smarter, not harder.
